 What is green vehicle ? 

Green Vehicle or Clean Vehicle or Eco-friendly Vehicle or Environmentally vehicle is a road motor vehicle that produces less harmful impacts to environment than comparable conventional internal combustion engine vehicles running on gasoline or diesel, or one that uses certain alternative fuels. Green vehicles can be powered by alternative fuels and advanced vehicle technologies such as hybrid electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid electric vehicles, battery electric vehicles, fuel-cell vehicles and others. 


Furthermore, conventional motor vehicles with high fuel economy also include in green vehicles as they consider that increasing fuel economy is the most cost-effective way to improve energy efficiency and reduce carbon emission in the transport sector in a short run. As a part of their contribution to Green Transportation, these vehicles reduce air pollution and greenhouse emission and contribute to energy independence by reducing oil imports.
